Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is estimated to take between 21 - 30 working days for all the orders within Europe. As we have our factory in China and also our warehouse, a customs fee may be added when the package arrives in your country which you as customer are responsible for.

It is thanks to inventory management in China that allows us to have these low prices as we do not have inventory costs, staff and shipping within Europe.

Please contact info@vestasalonika.com if more than 30 working days have passed since your item was shipped and have not yet received your package, we will send you as soon as possible!

Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 60 days

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product isn't used or damaged

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
